Here are friends from Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Iran, Guatemala, and the United States enjoying a night out. Cultural
activities like the NECC festival contribiute to a sense of community by bringing people together. The mission
of a community college is to be not only a vocational and educational resource but a cultural resource as well. We are reminded
